    sandhills

    i took my mates wife over to the sandhills today, Johnny had to work
    couldnt believe it, perfect weather and only 2 other boats turned up
    we bagged out on the whiting using squid strips
    as Rosco pointed out in his post, plenty of grinners, i brought home 40 for crab bait
    perfect day and perfect company
    Axl.......hope you are right with the grinners for bait

    well done mate .good to see you gettin the grinners as well.lol.thought it might of been just me.grinners do work for crabs mate have used them b4.2 weeks till i have a look for a few sandies

    Good to here youve got another feed robsue well done and as for the Grinners I recon that youll be pulling in full pots in a few weeks. Thanks for the report.

    Apart from crab bait, grinner strips make good reef and snapper bait.

    If the forecast is still good in the morning I will be on my way over there.

    Also good to hear the weed has cleared in the Rous, was crap over there a couple of weeks ago.
