Need some Heavy Duty Steel Mesh Crab pots to take to the Cape.
Mesh ones get destroyed every year and I am sick of it.
Anyone know of any available around Brisbane want real heavy duty but.

House at Redland Bay has them new for around $30, retired fella makes them - on main st. Someone else may know more

Try The Tackle Shop at Carseldine, used to have weldmesh wire pots there for sale and they worked well!

we buy 8 of your typical collapsable mesh pots i think there like 4 for 50-60 bucks when they are on sale at bcf we use them for the 2 weeks we are up north the majority of them get destroyed as we leave them out overnight and the crocs get into em. before we leave to head south we simply throw them in the bin dont even bother bringing them back. saves lugging them back and for the trip up they pack pretty well. ive always found steel mesh jobs to much of a pain. and we deffinately always get well over 100 buks worth of muddies
