    Green Island

Well I finally have something to post here after reading all the other posts for so long.

After a false start to my holidays yesterday I was able to get out today. After an early start I headed out to Harries only to find the conditions not ideal early. So I headed over towards Green. After getting setup and catching a few undersize squire the rod with the baitrunner went wizzing and after a good fight managed to land the larger of the two in the photos(sorry to the bloke who was hooked onto it recently, but I have your hook and it's still in good nick if you want it back). Got the next keeper pretty soon after that, then the tailor were beating the squire to the baits and with them went the rest of my bait. Fished on for a while longer with some sp's for a few undersize fish.

Hopefully I will have many more days like this over the next month.

    Regards,

    Dave

    Dougi,

Your right mate pretty stoked PB for me.

Having done most of my fishing in a little tinny around the Jacobs well/pin area chasing bream/flatheads/whiting I have now stepped into a larger boat and have only been fishing the bay area for a few months so I was pretty happy to finally land a decent one. Hopefully there will be more to come.

    Dave
