    Hey folks,

    Going to New Zealand in October. Thinking about doing a day trout fishing. Never fly fished before but wouldn't mind giving it a go.

    Anyone been over there and got any tips on a guide? Will be visiting the south island.

    Mate get on to the New Zealand Fly Fishing forum and talk to them. A lot of nice people and they will help. If you search a little you can even get casting instructions . Unreal!
