    Bream on Soft Plastics

Hi all, I am trying to get back into fishing for bream using soft plastics. I've recently went out and bought some that i presume will work they are: The Berkely Gulp 2inch/5cm baby shrimps in the Banana Prawn colour and the Berkley Gulp 3inch/8cm Minnows in the nuclear chicken colour it also says that they glow or something. Can someone with more knowledge tell me if these would work not only for bream but maybe flathead also. I already have the Berkley Minnow-grub in the pumkinseed colour which work reasonably well for most estuary species, and i Have some Berkely Gulp Sandworms. I also bought some Berkley 1/8oz jigheads. Can someone tell me what times, tides, seasons, areas e.g. dropoffs, weed etc. and some locations between Bribie Island and the Gold Coast.
All help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    PK

flathead are not the brightest fish in the world and iwll take anything pretty well as long as you move it across the bottom and close to then and the prawns yo have bought will work fine use the lightest jij head yo possible and on a no 4 hook for bream
