Just looking at new springs and shocks for my freestyle cab bravo.
Can anyone suggest where to go so I get good advice and not get ripped off!!!!!
Thx Bruiser2
I've used CVSS before and am "happy enough" with the end result. I did have some teething problems with their work and the owner wasn't very interested in spending any time to sort it. I had to keep at him to get any sort of help, I was told that they were too busy, but it was obvious, that because they weren't going to be making any more money from me, they weren't interested. Products are OK but I found the service sh!t.
ive got bravo.my advise dont go near efs shocks etc
not worth 2 bob. failed on canning for me,couldnt handle corrugations on canning and not worth the money.. had to replace all bushes after 5k(and shocks)
total crap!!!
Jim
ive got ultimate suspension shocks http://www.ultimatesuspension.com.au/ in my ml triton and ive found the service and product to be excellent as do the other 2-300 other newtriton.net member that have them, all custom valved to suit your needs (priced around 500-600 shocks only) i think its very competitive considering they also come with a 80k or 2 year whatever comes LAST warranty
Sorry to hear you have had trouble with your EFS suspension Jimbamb. I have a 2001 bravo duel cab with EFS suspension, I am always using the car off road and have been to Cape York with no problems. Redcliffe springs fitted my suspension and I have been more than happy
Since my earlier post, I've had reason to to call the mob named above. I needed to get some warranty work done (replacing failed/broken spring). I've wasted an entire day away from work trying to get this done. They failed to call me, as promised, failed to remember my morning booking, and then failed to meet me at their workshop ("he's out doing other work"). All this along with a bunch of pathetic excuses. I left and vowed never to waste my time and money with them again.
If I treated my customers this way, I'd be ruined!
