don't clutter the interior area of the boat with too many items..the more open space the better. You can add a few things after you have used the boat for a while.

mate great choice of boat i have the sp and now want the casting platform of the territory. Things i added was rear step side pockets and under floor 45l fuel tank all are must haves and i like the idea of stubby holders. great boat have fun
Re: What options are a must when ordering new Sea Jay tinny?
guys, thanks for so much info - great stuff. Really pays to ask the question!
In summary, I have learnt that:
1. seems to be a great platform and curent owners are really happy with their boats
2. 50HP is the minimum you want to put on it (and some have even strongly suggested get it replated to handle a 60HP or even 70HP - apparently not a big task)
3. Heavy duty trailer is worth the few extra bucks
4. Underfloor fuel tank is the go
5. the live bait tank addition appears to be a useful consideration
6. rear step
7. need plenty of stubby holders ;-)
8. plate sides seem to be popular
Great advice. Now I just need to sell my 4m Hornet to help pay for it!
