    Spanish and Kingie

Hey fellow fishers, went out on saturday and had a slight SW about 10 knots but turned out to be about 15 out at sea. A bit rough for my liking this time of year but had a cup of cement and fished. A good show on the sounder but no strikes. Changed lures to a Xrap and a double strike but only landed one. A spanish. Then went and got some livies and drifted over the school. One livie went off straight away then the second livie went off. The first one turned out to be a Eagle ray but the second was a Kingfish. The spanish went 11kg and the kingie was 13kg. Had a few more drifts but no luck so went home cold but happy.

cool one mate I saw a good show under a bait ball on sunday but they were quite deep and even with xraps in tow could not raise one. Your updated rig looks tidy well done
