    Smile Saturday Morning River Fish

Went for a fish Saturday morning last weekend, put the boat in at p-bah ramp around 6.30. Usual spots chasing a few bream off the rock walls and pylons.
The flatty was taken dead sticking a prawn star on a spare rod. In all 6 bream caught some nice ones around. A bust off from something a bit bigger but that's the fun on light gear and why they call it fishing LoL

Nice one mossy, the bust off was probably a jew there are a few around at the moment. Wait till you get a 1m+ Threadie on light tackle it becomes a patience thing then, sit back and wait for it to wear out!

Oh don't tell me that LoL We were calling it for a nice sized squire but a jew could of been a good chance because your right they are around. Plenty of bait fish along the rock walls to. Personally can't wait to land a threadie on any gear really I just can't seem to hook one up to start with.... There is always a first though...

The ramp was pretty good, no one around. A few boats already in the water, plenty of car spots.
A little slippery .... But yeah great at that time.
