    murphys snapper

left mooloolaba ramp yesterday around 130pm. Was ordinary conditions with about 15knt southerly.

Anchored on our first mark but could only pull up undersize red emperor about 8 between 20-50cm so decided to move to another mark. By the time we re anchored the wind picked up to 20kts SE bringing some rain making it hard to fish but decided to stick it out.

By 430pm the rain had stopped and the wind dropped a bit so we put out some floaters wich got the bigger fish.

Decided we had enough and back to the ramp by 730pm with 13 snapper biggest going 5.5kg.

Well done I love those hard yard missions. It brings out the best of your talents. A top feed for a top effort.
