Re: Can Gps antennae feed 2 devices

ok well this is where i am at, connector arrived and i have wire everything up according to Faria manuals used blue wire for signal in and earth wire. Went into system menu on Lowrance selected Com 2 set baud at 4800, checked the nmea output box, however the Faria unit is not displaying lat long etc, so not recognizing signal. I tried different baud rates sill no luck. i am wondering if the Lowrance LGC 12W GPS Antenna is same as GPS 100. will keep researching, any input appreciated thanks terry

Well shows how stupid i am, i had the antenna connected to the Faria Speedometer which is the gauge which displays the GPS info, no luck, as a last resort i swapped antennae to the back of the Tachometer Gauge and hey Presto it worked, i am jumping for joy, thanks to all for your help and especially SatNav.
    regards terry
