Hey mate give this a crack, I invented it myself and it works great! Add crushed garlic, sweet chili sauce, little bit of lemon juice and red rum and mix together. Take the tails and cut them down the middle. Place on baking tray and baste the sauce over the top. Place under a grill (med/high) for 3-5 mins or until they go red.
Always great- could use bourbon or no rum at ones own wish. Must serve before the footy starts.
