Is that a Gay Joke? Never thought Tailor were into that kind of thing .

I look for a period of dark either before the moon rises or after it sets, personally I'm not a fan of the light from a full moon.
However, the one time I caught a tailor on worm was in the full moonlight, I'm guessing the movement of the bait made it bite. So spinning or chucking a large plastic or popper may very well be worth a go. I've read some good stories of blokes spinning up tailor on black 'Irons' type lures years ago........
