Simple cooking great taste
half kilo green peeled prawn
150 ml cream
3-4 teaspoons crushed garlic
2 cups jasmine rice
heat cream and garlic in frypan medium high add prawns just before bubbling
turn prawns while cooking
cook jasmine rice
place rice on plates divide prawns to both plates then pour the cream and garlic evenly over both plates
serves two to serve more just double up
if you like chile you can add as required
this is quick simple and delicious
