if boat was traveling from left to right in that pick then it lines up with the spacing of blades from where it started in the stump and as pointed out before you can see a scrape mark from the skeg as it keeps going

I bet its a real pic

    It's a con job pic.
so when the first blade breaks off it is no longer a 15'' or 22" pitch, then when the second blade snaps off you only have one blade for forward thrust???

maybe it was in the throws of a last second turn and prop was slipping off the dial??

anyone want to lend me their boat and a few props for me to try and replicate it?

You also have the intertia of the boat moving at some considerable speed through the water, would take several feet to slow from say 20mph to 2mph to get that spacing unless the rest of the boat is caught up in the bow of a bigger tree that is!!

Might not have been at speed.
Could be at hole shot! pulling a skier up.

    Cheers.

Expires every year and you get a 3 day pass when you go interstate.

I have hit reefs at speed, and not at speed and never snapped of a blade of my prop. Its a fake, no doubt about it. I do a prop a year chasing crab up the shallows, I am an expert at hitting hard objects underwater!! Happy to display my collection of mangled props to any non beleivers!

The rubber bunger in your prop lets go before the blades do.

Its the details, those little details, that make the difference.
