In the past I've been happy to either boil my red claw in very salty water or split the tail and bbq it in garlic butter (mmmmm), but I shelled my last couple of hauls green and used them in stir frys (mmmmmmmmmm).
I was wondering what's everyones fav red claw recipe or way to use them please? I need a few good ones to go with an article on catching, cleaning & cooking red claw.
Cheers

Mike all i do is boil with salt let cool and peel and clean. Make a nice creamy curry and serve on bed of rice. If you don't like rice serve on toast. Easy to make and taste great.

Hey guys give this a crack, I invented it myself and it works great! Add crushed garlic, sweet chili sauce, little bit of lemon juice and red rum and mix together. Take the tails and cut them down the middle. Place on baking tray and baste the sauce over the top. Place under a grill (med/high) for 3-5 mins or until they go red.
Always great- could use bourbon or no rum at ones own wish. Must serve before the footy starts.
Enjoy
