    trevally id's please

    hi guys been catching a few trevally recently and had to pull out the books and try google search to try confirm what types.

    still a bit unsure though so these are my guesses if someone can confirm or let me know what type they really are would be greatly appreciated

    1. golden
    2. silver
    3. big eye or gt?
    4. had a bit of a nose on him so possibly long nose? but also had golden spots on his other side so maybe gold spot?

    Not sure I think number 3 is a brassy going by the tail

    no 3 is deff a GT (i think)

    No its not! - big eyes are longer and leaner in body shape and have bigger eyes (hence the name)...definitely a GT.

    I dont reckon number 3 it's a GT. Looks like a brassy to me - has some brassy colours about it's wing area aswell.
    as per the pic frankgrimes posted - big eyes always have a white tip on their dorsal too.
