No problem with my yamaha you can lay it 2 ways they are made with rests to do so.

I got my FIL from Moscow a 2m inflatable when he was here a few months back and next visit I want to get him a little motor for it and for sure a 4 stroke is preferable being nice and quiet, but I was wondering about the oil issue laying them on their side for travel.

Is the yami a nice quiet motor?
