If you said they were from local offshore I would have doubted you Silent, many guys are reporting its a desert out there, me included.

Good on yah silent with a good start to the new year (after the ban) it cost me a fortune going to 4 beacons chasing pelagics and getting a fare bit of SFA trying so it cost me a lot. Last week went out after the ban and pulled a 43cm but that was no moon and on pillys so it doesnt count lol. Well done on getting us all fired up DD....
I am still snapperless at mud (one day) i use almost solely 3 inch prawns over my flickbaits now as they love the action dont they when they are twitching around the bottom. My spots are still as empty as bar the pups so bring on the cold weather i say. CheersDD.....

Snapper ban was a great initiative - and about time. They did well with Flathead also.
All we need to see now is Bream legal size up to 30cm, Whiting to 27cm and we might have something left for the kids one day.
