    What grade gearbox oil evinrude

    Anyone know the grade of gearbox oil for a 78 model 25 hp evinrude gearbox? I have 3 types here can't remember what I used 75w 85 , 80w 90 , 85w 140 ????

    80-90 will do it fine and protect for longer against sheer (biggest gearbox oil killer) due to the lack viscosity improver needed, but don't buy it yet i have had a few drinks see what others say...
