if you had a boat in melbourne rego is about 27 dollars ,north queensland 167 dollars , what do we get nothing ... new boat ramp should have been buit 5 years ago ask our state mp who is lib and he just tell me asked betie gov promise but nothing ask anna still nothing money has been given to cec group no ramp yet just rocks down .. new sign goes up every 6 months when it will be built... have waited 5 years now

The surcharge was there before the floods btw. Its not a disaster levy, just someone speaking shite. Not saying I approve of it though.
