I took the dog for a walk down by the creek today. First time there since before christmas.
There were huge numbers of tilapia of all sizes, some that i estimated to be up near the kilo mark, big fat fish in water less than 300mm deep, clearly visable.

The biggest ones were under the footbridge just near the end of Swinbourn st .Lutwyche . There were schools of a dozen fish of various sizes evident all the way from there to Gympie rd bridge.

I tried to get some photos with my phone but couldnt get a good picture , too much reflection.
