Are you trolling or bottom bouncing or plastics?? There is a lot that goes on at Hutchies. I would imagine this weekend will be like queen st.
Cheers Lee

Stop and get some livies at the markers on the way out, you can troll them or just free swim one on a bit of wire out the back while your bottom bashing. Where are you leaving from?
If i was you i would head strait past Hutchys and around to brennans. We have been cleaning up there on sweetlip and jobfish lately (snapper aswell but we all know they are tabboo for a little while)
that whole area is dead between 8 am until around 5pm and you will get nothing but heatstroke and pickers.
We normally head out in the afternoon, anchor on a a bit of structure and berly hard with 3 baitrunners out , 1 livie and the other 2 with ganged pilchards (current can varie so sometimes you need a bit of weight and other times you need a balloon. we usually try a couple of different depths until we find the strike zone so to speak.
Nothing sounds better than a 4500 baitrunner going off at full noise
no mudcrabs at brennans bronco dude ! but like old mate said it`s a desert during daylight hours and can be rather hectic at night with the right bait and set up.what size boat are you going in as there is a bit of swell around the last few days? Cheers Andrew
after checking sea breeze i`d like to clarify my comments on swell size and you could more than likely get away with a 3.8 tiller steer! (this is being sarcastic and the greatest of care should always be taken offshore in little boats!) hope you catch plenty . Cheers Andrew.

Hey Broncodude did you end up getting to Hutchies and how did you go?
Cheers Marto
Gutz we have have 7 meter cruise craft so got there easy we ended up going to brennans and got a mixed bag of reefies
Yeah Hutchies is hot and cold as is Brennans but when they are good they are good.
Had a relatively quiet evening at Hutchies a couple of weeks back on the moon but picked up the S/Mackeral in my avatar plus some other mixed reefies, no complaints No Snapper of course
Hope you enjoyed your 1st time out at Brennans broncodude, and yeah a 7m CC is a serious enough rig.
