Coochin creek
hey,
I am heading down to coochin creek on sunday if all goes well. I will be on the hunt for jacks, flatties, bream. I will be arming my three rods with lures/plastics. Does anyone have a top plastic/lure that seems to work well down that way ?
I have never been before so hopefully we pick up a fat lady and hopefully a jack or two.
My plans so far are some 120mm bloodworm wriggler or flickbaits for the flatties. Some 65mm wrigglers and squidgy bugs on a 1/40th hidden weight. Jack i think I'll throw around my mad mullet.

Re: Coochin creek
If the water is still heavily discoloured I find squidgyfish in dropbear colour work best. Generally have two rods rigged, one with 65mm and the other with 100mm ready for alternating with ease. If the water has started to clear I opt for the same in green grunter colour.

I find it fishes better with bait. Be interesting to know how you go.
