One I knocked up in less than an hour (first time using an angle grinder too)... I can drag it over grass, dirt, gravel, sand and mud no worries. I simply lock it to something whilst I'm out on the water. Total cost $35.

Nice one mate!! I made one nearly the same a few years ago for my canoe. I used 2 pieces of 4x2 however as skids. I also removed much more of the old trolley flatbed which I don't think was a good idea as when the canoe was loaded up the trolley flexed quite a bit.. Was great being able to kit it out at the back of the car and then roll the whole lot down the ramp and into the drink
