I have an Enertia on my 200 opti , great prop, I also have a Vensura ) 4 blade Merc prop , again a very good prop.
Both used for offshore work on a 21'6" Trophy .

I would be testing a HR Titan 17 and 18 after ensuring you had the engine height sorted making sure you acheive 6000rpm MINIMUM.
Last couple of 150/135 I fitted to plate boats were runing HR titan 16s.. the 150 is on a pro fishers boat he hit the rpm limiter at 6400 with 2 on board and gear... he intends to add 500KG at times
The other a charter boat carrying 4 and gear (135hp) he was hitting 6000 with 4 onboard.
The engine wont perform at all unless it can acheive 6000rpm at WOT

OK guys... This is what I am thinking to go for :
Merc Enertia 898994A46 RH 14 1/2 X 17 for 3 Blade Prop
Revolution 4 857022A46 Right 14 5/8 X 15 for 4 Blade Prop
Flo-Torq IV Hub Kit
Thinking that a 19" will over prop..
Any thoughts?
Hi Steve, first of all, the Enertia have very big ears, you may be right going with the 17p, but I'll stand my ground and say 16p
Than what alot of people dont look at is the rake of a prop, they are raked very high, in other words you can have the motor up even a hole higher than norm................I must stop and remember that you have a fishing boat................. To me a prop is the second most important thing
Rev4, nice, they bite very hard, hole shot will be great and i would say you are on the money with the rev4 you picked 15p and think a 17p is way big
Shane. Shafts are on and running, props are on there way back to the States for a good tune up
Thats for all your input guys..
Ive gone with the 17p Enertia and 15p Rev4.
Will keep you posted on how it performs!
Boat goes in Monday possibly ready by Friday.. Cant wait to try it out!
Cheers & Thanks,
Steve
