No New Report's

Seeing as there has not been a report for age's i thought i would put one up (as weak as it is)...
I have been holding off for a while hopeing for that bloody metery but it hasn't happened yet..... Saw a little girl of about 12 catch a metery the other day right in front of me & the day before that one of our good friends ( A woman again) caught a 123cm on 10lb braid but i am very happy for her ,,, a good effort...
Even went up again yesterday morn before sunrise & a bloke had only just dropped his lure out & caught a 70cm Cod, So i thought (bloody hell this looks good) But 5 hrs later nothing but 2 hits
So i thought i would put some photo's of the trip me & the missus went on last Wednesday to the top of the dam..... Her fish went 53cm & mine a paltry 47cm (she got me again) She is very happy with her photography...Very pretty spot up there

gee your little waterway looks great barry ,they a nice looking fish too well done ,up our way it is a sorry site not too many fish in the fresh went out saturday for 5 hrs for 3 little barra biggest around 700mm cheers AL

Great to see some sort of freshwater report on Ausfish, since the floods, there has been a drought in this section.

Well done on getting a few fish, I'm sure your metery isn't too far away. Your reports are actually inspiring me to head south for cod in 2011, rather than north for barra - about the same distance from Brisbane for a new species and challenge - plus they grow big!

Ha Ha Ha mate,,,, I don't think Rhonda would mind a bit although it's all arse Still havn't tried spot x yet..Dam has dropped at least 600 to 700mm in the last 3 weeks.... & over 300mm since wednesday....Got a bit of golf coming up so won't get back out for a few weeks..But the big boys are there...When are you heading home ??

Not sure mate, went and got myself a bloody job . I think I will do a weekender to pick up my boat, swag and home brew gear. By the time I catch up with all the mates, there won't be much fishing. See how I go, are you still going to the east fridays ?.

I threw a couple of recent speckled fish in the cod photo section Baz...but I think after your measly effort, I will have to do a report on the great weekend I just had....just to get up your nose about the girls whippin your butt.....lol
