    Bribie last Tuesday

    G'day all!!
Went for a quick fish on Australia Day Eve. The conditions were perfect so I dropped some pots and headed out into the bay south of Birbie for a drift around. The bay looked to have the colour of strong tea after all the floods. My mate caught a nice flatty and I got a few nice whiting. Headed back to the ramp after a few hours and collected the pots on the way. Ended up with a great buck that went 1.5 kilos - nice and full. I cant stand eating them but the missus loves em, so it looks like I am in the good books for a while!

    Cheers,
    Lunatic

    Hi Lunatic

I am with you - I don't eat them either, but it's a whopper! Well done.

Good to see the fish are out there again.

Nice to be out on the water. I am hanging out for a coast fix.

    Cheers Eleanor

You're not wrong! It was great to be on the water! Especially with the conditions. Here are a couple of more pics to show how nice a day it was!
