Hey guys thinking of heading out on monday and was just wondering wat the water qaulity was like both up of the cape and down around point lookout? Also wat the current is like? im guessing alot of the crap on the surface has been washed out by now with those big tides? down the bottom end of the bay anyway?
Went out wednesday off the cape and was still dusty green out to 80m no cobolt blue.
Few floaties out there mainly plastic products. Hardly dodged any debree all the way from Bribie out.
Current was north to south and very fishable.
Should be getting better by now!!
wednesday arvo off point lookout water was green out to the waverider (didn't go further) as scoota said current was good but not much blue water to be seen. didn't come across any floating debris
na pretty ordinary, got 2 squire and a pearlie, the barrometer has been dropping all day. water qaulity was averge in close but got better 2km from the 7s
