Tailor and \ or Dart

G'day fellow anglers,

Apart from dodgey paper reports, has there been any tailor or dart caught on the sand pumping jetty on the Gold coast either today or yesterday?

hi, well i live on the sunshine coast and would highly doubt catching any tailor but im shore there would be plenty of dart around. Also mate have you been catching them on the gold coast. Possibly wrong just my opinion.

bondy99,last time tailor were caught to my knowledge was last Tuesday morning early bout 2kms south of the pumping jetty.Plenty small dart off the beach south of jetty.Some legal ones if you put the effort in.

Thanks for that, I've been going down to the spot behind seaworld on occassions before we had this heavy rain and flash flood events. I think that's the same spot south of the sand pumping jetty, would love to sink my teeth into these tasty morsels soon. Just need to make sure there is less sweep in the water next time I go otherwise makes it diffficult to fish from the beach imo.
