    Hundreds at Borumba over xmas

mils of rain that is, We went to Borumba to smak a couple of toga's. The river rose over every crossing and all campers were trapped for 4 days unable to go to the dam and imbil for supplies. Those who know the deer park are aware of the lower camp grounds. These grounds are under water by about 2 metres or so. We managed to get one session in on the chocalate milkshake dam but no fish this time. Still good to get away though

We were stuck at the Deer park too. Bit of fun being out there and seeing that much water run through the place.

Unfortunately I don't have a boat but were planning on doing the usual land based fish during the trip. We were camped on the high section at the end of the park - the other way from where you were.

It was great, our group were the only ones in the whole area.
