Breezy on the Bay and in the boat

Enjoyed an afternoon cruising around Moreton Bay through Rainbow and Rous channels with some friends from Cleveland.
It was a little breezy for fishing but threw a line in anyway. Was a little breezy in the boat too. Another story.
Looks like better weather Sunday, so hoping to go to Cape Moreton. If you see us in a 18ft white sharkcat, pull up and say hi.
Any suggestions about where the mackerell are running hot?
    Tight lines,
    Mark

Yes, not much of a result for a few hours peddling around the Bay! I found it no breezier than usual inside the boat, but I was inside.

    Highlights for the day:

    - a Dugong Mumsy's first time seeing one
    - Bruce's hat blowing overboard of course, being a Crow's hat we risked life and limb to retrieve it.
    - A school of four big fish swept under the boat in 2 metres of water? Theories abound...
    - being able to dump sh!t on a Politician and he had to cop it 'cause I was the Skipper? PRICELESS!!!

We saw little in the way of birds, and they were, in general, not working. But hey, a bad day on the water? NEVER!

Thanks for coming along Mark, a passable Deckie, obviously done this before!

    Cheers

    Tim.
