Just found my Mums old Spare Ribs recipe and made a batch up last night.
2lbs of USA style pork ribs
1 tbls Hoy sin sauce
1 tbls of honey
1 tbls sugar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 clove of garlic
pinch of pepper
Place pork rasher/ribs in one layer on a baking tray. Bake in moderate over for 30 min then turn over for another 30 min. Drain off all fat.
Combine hoy sin, honey,sugar,soy,garlic and pepper to a bowl and stir, then pour mix over ribs let stand for 1 hour best to cover and put in the fridge for the night.
place rids in oven for 15-20mins turn ribs and make sure all are covered in the sauce.
