Heading up to Noosa after New Years. Staying in Noosaville, but keen to try anywhere around Noosa. With all the rain of late, I'll be taking a few metal slugs to throw around the River Mouth (thanks Slider for your post, gave me a few ideas).
If the River clears up a bit, where are some good landbased locations to try for some Trevs? I've heard that Munna Point (or something similar) is supposed to be a good location to try.

Your right its Munna Point, also try at the River mouth near the bar theres an area there just before the bar great for Bream, youll see plenty of people fishing around there to find the spots, also near the Water Police shed from the rivers edge. Water is really brown at the moment.
You can also try down the end of Hastings Street in the park that is adjacent to Woods Bay just before first light in the mornings with poppers or at first light around the Munna Point Bridge also with poppers
