The wind decided to swing around NW today so I took advantage of the glassed off conditions and headed out to Man & Wife rocks with my youngest . Threw a few Taipans around came up with some big Mac Tuna. Then I thaught I,d do some bottom bashing and it wasn,t very long and whammo, just what I was looking for.

Mate that's a ripper spano. Just goes to show that they can still hang around despite the fresh! Was the water pretty dirty at M & W? Couldn't imagine she'd be mackerel blue at the moment with all the bast$rd rain. Bloody great result mate.

The water wasn,t too bad at least it had a blue colour not brown. There was about 1m-1.5 metre swell going out but no chop and it settled down a bit out there. Hundreds of birds around and schools of tuna.
