Was told today by a friendly fello fisho to release undersize redclaw in Somerset would incur a fine. Is this correct? I have been doing so since moving to Kilcow last year.
They are a noxious species outside their normal range and as such should not be released.Doubt if you would get pinged for it unless the fisheries really wanted to be a nark.
