Couple Bream And a Few Flathead.

After having a sleep in. Do I Brave the Rain And go for a fish. After several seconds of thinking... decision made And my raincoat and I were off. The wether wasn't on my side but i kept at it. After going 45 minutes without a touch i decided to change lure and fish the edges. Working my lure hard against structure and slow rolling it out ended up bagging me 2 nice Bream. (25cm And 29.5cm) Heaps of bream around hitting the lure but not actually hooking up. Ended up hooking a nice little flathead 34cm polled him in Then not long after hooked up onto a bloody Beauty. As soon as he Hit the lure and took off i Knew he was a good flathead after several good runs and drag screaming out i landed him. 65cm long and full of life Got a few Nice Pictures then back in the Drink she Goes. Fished for another hour with only 1 more flathead landed just 33cm. So All in all a good days fishing with a few Nice Fish landed and a lot more lost. Hope the pictures are all right just land based by myself makes it hard to get a good photo. Couldn't find the brag mat think she's lost.

    Thanks Bron

The New C14 reel has been handling a treat. You can get some extreme distances with casting no matter what weight of lure your casting. It actually casts lighter weight lures further quite unique actually.Very smooth and very light all in all a bloody awesome reel for my type of fishing. Only paid just under $200 for it so well worth the money in my books.

And Carnster The water conditions were very average flooded and very brown and murky. Ill hopefully get some better numbers when the water clears up.

    thanks bron
