seen this mentioned in b n b and cant find it on google,its a boardwalk area you can fish.anyone who can give me directions and a run down plzzzz.regards john.i think its near curumban gold cst
Gday mate i think it is thrower dve ramp @currumbin beside the bridge.The guys @the boatshed bait and tackle across the creek are always helpful.This ramp is just up from the RSL on the other side of the creek.
i secong Giveitacrack just across from the RSL. Take the currumbin exit just before the new tugan bipass, turn right onto stewarts rd, then turn right onto currummbin creek rd, follow that aroung and turn left into thrower drive, it will be just on the other side of the bridge.
the boardwalk starts on the northern side of throwers drive bridge (entry at top end of boat ramp car park) and tracks east, mostly along the creek front until it ends at the gold coast highway bridge near the mouth. the ramp is on throwers drive, entry to carpark is behind the swimming pool at the school.
the eastern end of the boardwalk is closer to the water, but can be shallow on low tide.
If you do a search in google maps for "throwers bridge currumbin australia" it puts you right on top of it. Otherwise the directions are as the other guys have said.
