Not at all. Very much the opposite in fact.

I did a search and found an a thread about someone falling out of a Pro Angler whilst wearing waders. It must have been in surf, because they just don't tip over otherwise.
Waders and kayaks don't go together. The Pro Angler is not designed as a surf craft.
