Angel hair pasta

Was just wondering what angel hair pasta is ? or
different names it sold under or substute for it.

Really thin spaghetti. It works really well with seafood pasta dishes.

what Joe-90 said. Dont overcook it though or it turns to mush. Al dente is the way to go.....has to be firm to the bite. It does work very well with seafood type sauces...especially those with smaller pieces of seafood in the sauce. though I prefer to use it with the thinner sauces rather than the thick creamy sauces.
