G'day,
Went down to landbased spot on the Pine to catch up with old mate Jack. Casted some nice big hairtail poddies and out they went on 12lb main with 50lb fluoro leader. No joy with the red devils, but managed a Jewie (76cm) and cod (dunno, 30's), and the usual vermin. Both fishes released. Hopefully next time the red bruiser/s will play the game! Good night all the same.
