Global warming fraud heads to court!

Thought our readers would like to see what is happening in the USA about Global Warming.
The link came to me from an 'ex-minister's' secretary who still has a lot of friends in Canberra covering their backsides.

I only needed to see the 'prison planet' reference to know there's not enough salt available to take while reading that....
I was unfortunate enough several years ago to work with someone who loved a good conspiracy theory and subjected me to hours of DVDs from these guys based on 911 conspiracy theories, Illuminati is real etc etc.
Pretty far out there, I understand it's healthy to want to look at the other side of things but.....

I gladly put myself in the 'climate change skeptics' corner. extremism is extremism though, doesn't matter if it's based toward the way I already lean.
All I'm saying is that I've seen more than enough of the Prison Planet style media to want to distance myself from their 'reporting'.

Agree with you on that one goatboy. The first paragraph of that article screamed propaganda. Doesn't matter which side you take or if you sit on the fence, there is no doubt that this type of reporting is biased, unbalanced and does nothing to help the cause of sceptics. They are accusing the left of corruption and hiding the truth- I recon there has been a lot of that from both sides to suit their agenda's with this article a prime example.

We will never know who is right until well into the future if ever- but I suspect the truth will lie somewhere in between.

BTW Plato- this isn't an attack on you or your beliefs, it is good to get both sides of an argument (even if it is a bit extreme).

It is interesting that my source - the 'ex foreign minister's secretary' is the non-believer and sends stuff like this to me all the time. The ABC News article is more balanced.
My own thoughts are that we need to clean up the worlds dirty emissions and rubbish dumping regardless of whether the science points to warming or not.

I sort of got the impression that story was a little bias and based on polls and as has been said before self serving polls are like a sandwich you can make em taste however you like.

It sounds pretty familiar to me... their own tactics being used against them maybe??? It's about time I reckon. Perhaps its time to fund an inquiry to prove that fish stocks are depleted by green zones.

Dirty emissions - prime example would be carbon monoxide flared off from steel mills.

Go to Athens, Barcellona, Bejing, Mumbai or any other highly industiallised and/or populated city and take a few deep breaths.

That is what is refered to as dirty emmissions. Anyone that contests that these do nothing to harm the environment is either in denial or delusional.
