    Quick Donnybrook Session

Chased a few this morning with Robers. If you go by numbers it was a great morning - heaps of fish. Unforunately only 7 went size. Better than mowing the lawn though. All caught on yabbies.

Not yet. A guy at the ramp had 10 pots out o'night - not a crab.

I hope he had another 2 mates in the boat with him when he was checking the pots.

Sounds like you had a good morning, its always good for a feed up that way. Im in USA at the moment, so at least I have got Shanes Spros he was after and his Scum Frogs. Visted Bass Pro and tried not to spend too much, would have been fun to be a Donnybrook, last time i was there it bucketted down rain and all i got was stingrays.
Got some interesting lures over here I cant wait to try out back in Aussie
    Cheers

Hi Pete thanks for the report Mate a good to see there was not a mention of the missing anchor Mate
Sand bank i toyed with the idea of putting a couple of feeler pots out but i normally fish or crab but not both at the same time to many rods get broken and too much time wasted checking pots when fishing
I also went out last evening with anoth mate got a nice trevally and a 44cm flattie the dude from dpi was at the ramp measuring when we launched he had only seen 1 flathead while he was there

Good morning by the sound of it!!
Went for a quick run up Donny way wednesday morning and threw 4 pots in for an hour on the top of the tide for 5 muddies with 3 keepers and 2 just under all bucks.
One bronzy chock a block and two greenies quite full!
Was a real bonus considering I was only testing the boat with a new motor height which worked out great as well.

Hope to chase a few tings and things up there soon!

    Scoota....
