    Smile Mulloway green curry

    Hi all,

Just made this for myself and tasted realy good so figured i would share it. its an easy recipe with what i thought were great results, the veggies i used were different to what might traditionnaly go in there but nevertheless i loved it.

2 packets of thai green curry paste/half a jar of similiar
    700ml of cocunut milk
    1Kg diced mulloway
150 gms of large mushroom sliced
    1 bak choy diced
    1/2 capsicum
    1 oninon
    chilli to taste
    Steamed rice

This should serve 4 generous portions.

    Cook rice for 4 people.
heat oil in pan and add thai green curry paste.
after a minute add diced onion and capsicum and chiilli.
poor in cocunut milk and mix.
    add mulloway mushrooms.
strong simmer for 5-7 minutes(depends on size of fish cubes), stirring occasionally.
add bak choy, and remove from heat, (can add coriander leaves at this stage to)

Serve on rice and yum yum yum.
Let me know what you think.

Wahoo is also great in green curry.
I make my green curry paste from scratch though, no tins or packets of pre made paste. 45min of sloggin it out with a knife and chopping block then mortar and pestle for me, its theraputic.
