Why do mullet jump?
Is it because they are being chased or frightened by something else?
or do they just do it for no reason?
I always though they seemed to jump too often if it is because they are being chased by something.
I have always wondered this...

Re: Why do mullet jump?
previous post offered some good thoughts on why mullet jump.. I'd just like to add that generally when i am fishing for bream ill have better odds of pulling some out when there are mullet around, although i dont know why.
I guess i dont need to i just fish where i can see the mullet.
