    crappy weather crabs

    went out to green this morning to get my pots with my oldman and son must of been blowing a good 25knts and 1mtr swell..ended up with 26 sandies and 3 muddies we got at our muddie spot x..well worth it in the crappy conditions.pic is what i kept oldman got the rest for a feed

    was worth the effort thats for sure...had a couple for lunch with a nice cold beer.

    good feed Rosco...............only because the weather kept the others away from your pots eh, even most pro's probably wouldnt have ventured out today
    they have come a bit later than usual but you were once again on the mark

    hope u get a few midweek robsue...most where at the 2nd beacon today...alot of female crabs in the pots as well...1 pot had 18 crabs in it for 2 keepers out of it...also a couple of octopus in the pots...

    axl u should do ok if the weather plays the game..seabreeze isnt lookin that great for next weekend either..looking at a midweek arvo trip....

    is always good to get a feed,but they are about 3 weeks later this yr so not sure how long they will be around for they normally go quiet again in the middle of november..
