Up here on a nice warm day with a little rain you just head out the back off curramundi creek and they are hunting and hitting herring everywhere. spent many a sunday arvo in the rain flicking for jack up curramundi lake.

maybe you need to move up to the sunny coast instead of the goldy mate.
