Weipa Charters?

My brother in law is heading up to Weipa for a work and would like to do a charter day or two while up there.
Can anyone recommend a good service up that way?

Seems to be a few on offer.

Any help appreciated.

I was lucky enough to get out on Dave Donaldsons sportfishing, and what a day you could not put a lure or bait in the water without pulling out a fish. Well maintained boat with a very switched on guide. Also you can jig slugs around the jetty pilons and hook up some big trevs landing them is a nother problem.

Try and get on with Fishes fly and sportsfishing. He will most probably be booked out but if he has a cancelation, you will be stoked.

If you can not get on with one of Alan's (Fish) guides, try and get Dan Wright from Dave Donald Sportsfishing.

Dave Donald is now guiding again in Weipa so he is also a great option. He is trading as Barra Dave.

Barra Dave now is it. He's been seen a bit around Darwin I think he has another reason to go there. A great guide who has been doing it for a while.
