RIP to a great Aussie Ledgend, truely deserves that title too! Many arvo's as a kid watching his docs and inspired the family to explore the many beautiful places in the northern half of our country. As someone else said if I get to see half of what he has seen I would die a very happy man. Condolences to his family and friends, he will be missed by a large majority of Australians!

Just finished watching his last doco on Channel 7. As far as I'm concerned, it was a damn good way to end a career (and a life, although that seems almost too sad to say.) Mark my words, one day I'll make it to the Kimberley region in the footsteps of this great Aussie legend, one day I'll see the natural wonders he has...

    RIP
    Conservation NOT preservation!

Was a brilliant doc. I'm starting to build my Kimberly package next year. Hoping to go all the way across the top by the end of 2012. Such a loss, such a life.
