Left Mooloolaba 2.30am last saturday headed for the hards,stoped just inside the banks to jig some bait but lost two jigs in two drops.Decided to drop down a dead yaka witch got smashed,10 min latter up comes a big cobes still green as and dident seem to like the look of my boat ,any way another 10 min or so had a new pb cobes 21.5kg very happy man. fished there for a bit longer but just under size fish coming up so pushed out to the Hards fishing was a bit slow with a few parrot and mixed reef coming up 1 pm and brother Simon still dident have a fish in box,then the snapper come on, Simon and me both got our bag within 1 hour then put a few in for the other two boys.Ended up with 14 snaps up to 6.8KG 2 Cobes 8 Parrot 1 Trag 2 pearlies. All the snaps were on plastics and floating pillies ,run was good , ride home was one of the worst i have had so much for Seebreeze another great day on the water. luke

Nice going Luke,thats a good nobby.Last time i was up there the snaps hadnt come on strong yet,but the reefies come on hard at about 3.30pm.Welldone Mate.Mick

Nice Luke. Well done on a PB. Some decent fish around. With a growth rate of 8kg a year its good the bag limit is down to two. The next year or so should see some crackers in the 30 plus range. All ours this year have been over the 20 mark.
